Everything is energy, this is a scientific fact, everything emits a frequency and it is our frequency surrounding us that generates an energetic field. This field is known as the "aura" surrounding our human bodies. In total, the auric field radiates six to 18 inches around the physical body. We ought to improve our capacity to comprehend how electricity looks in our bodies in order to be able to see auras. Close your eyes, place your breath in harmony, and challenge your colors to reveal themselves to you. We encourage the colors to come to us as we reach a state of calm consciousness, softening our gaze. We must first become aware of how energy feels in our body before we can truly improve our abilities to see auras. Pay attention to how you are feeling in their presence next time you are with a friend. Do they encourage you to feel loved and cherished, or do they sap your own energy from you instead? Align yourself with your breath and ask for an honest feeling of how you feel.

It is this emotional, physical response that will allow us better to handle the many entities with whom we come into touch as we begin to honor. Since we are biological machines sorting and grinding out so much information, our clear vision is often impaired by the editing of our brains' lightning speed. Glance at one spot for 30-60 seconds to begin seeing the aura, and encourage your focus to soften. To better improve your view of the periphery, notice certain things just beyond your direct sight. There is no need for pressure or tension when mastering the gaze, for that will only cause fear in the brain. There is no need for pressure or tension when mastering the gaze, for that will only cause fear in the brain. It is the presence of color, as we explored, that will better hone the ability to read auras. Go into a neutral-colored space and play with vividly colored objects to expand your sight. I like this best at a distance taped to the wall so that I can best practice my periphery. Open your eyes and relax, telling them to teach you the shades. Gaze at the color when breathing heavily (poster board or a solid color wrapped item are good). Let your eyes relax again as if you were staring through it. Take note of the area around the object being colored. You'll begin to see a pale, bright glow coming out of it. The magic of interpreting an aura is this. If you gain confidence in single colors, incorporate multi-colored items progressively to enhance your psychic vision. Since plants are our most elegant allies on earth, start with them, and if you're wrong, they won't say anything!

Please get their approval first before you're about to move on to individuals. Overall, this is clearly respectful and will guarantee that clean borders and access to the hidden realms are respected. Tell them to stand against the neutral wall in front of you for 14-18 inches. Look at a wall, not a friend of yours, and begin to feel the ground. Gazing gently at her and at the wall behind her. Ask the aura to reveal itself to you, paying attention not just to your vision, but also to your color sense. When reading the aura, after you have made this connection, up the game by telling them to shift around slowly to see if you can still feel the same colors. To see how the colors change, put on their favorite music as a nice treat. When you've honed your talents for others, you can learn to read your own aura! Notice that this can be a little more complex, but it is an exceptional exercise to improve your innate ability. Focus in a peaceful room for reflection and clear your mind. Set an expectation that you want to access your own aura to "see." Rub the palms together softly, triggering electricity between the two hands and flipping on the Aka. The stickiness (or sensation of being magnetized to one another) that you may feel is known to the ancient Egyptians as Aka, the ethereal material of creation, which is directly the attention between the palms to see if these strings of energy can detect color. And though your real sense of color can validate and enhance your psychic perception, it can feel like mist or fog. Having auras is only one step towards more understanding and raising our awareness, so it puts us into harmony with the individuals, spaces, and circumstances that better represent us. The blessing of reading auras is that it gives us a clear perception, which we sometimes neglect, of energetic reality. It would slow down our quick speed and put us into better balance with the divine essence of reality all around us as we will honor the unseen reality that we navigate through each day. The greatest majesty in an aura is that it is not lying nor should be able to. The untold beauty lies waiting to be found in this luminescent sheen. We all have auras, a vivid field that adorns the Body with Light. Both plants, animals, persons, and even structures radiate separate colors that show more than our words would. If not the most amazing party trick, it can teach you far better than words alone to pay attention to the aura of a human. It takes little initiative, but maybe persistence with yourself would serve you better when you begin to notice the ground. How can we then continue to read these subtle places and learn to see more than what is presented to us? It's very easy to learn how to read auras, but before you start, let's first cover a few basics. Spiritual understanding and well-being are indicated by a bright hue, whereas dark or dirty colors show energetic sluggishness or illness. Naturally, those who align their chakras, practice yoga, and make conscientious eating decisions will radiate from their self-love actions. Less pronounced colors may suggest areas where more sensitivity is needed.

Much is shown by the colors in the auric region. While others may see them visually, some will be able to detect them. I'm clairsentient, which means I can perceive things even better than I (clairvoyant) can see them. Invite the colors to wash over you, recognizing in your subtle and tactile bodies how each looks. It is easier to notice them in others when you become acquainted with the vibrations of colors. This is a simple, open way to feel the atmosphere for beginners. Interesting information will show the position of each hue. For instance, if anyone carries red around their chest, it can signify a distressed spirit, while an advanced soul would be represented by white around the crown. When I first took a snapshot of the aura, the shot showed a black arch above my head. Black sounds odd, but I was in the presence of a specialist who had wondered if I had ever had an experience of near death. Outside the field, bursts of color are often seen. Named "clouds" or "flares", these may signify trends that are not always specifically permeating the field but are prominent. The presence of guides is most commonly revealed by large blocks of color or human-shaped colors. I once had a golden body outline standing to my right showing the companionship of an Ascended Master with whom I interacted very often. It can seem that loved ones simply say hello. I did 300 aura readings over one weekend. It was a sensory explosion to watch the colors dance around each soul, but a huge learning experience. Before that weekend, I didn't know how to read Auras, but I learned easily. I was surprised at how their area suited to each person. I was rarely stumped or shocked by what I saw in the photo and the person standing in front of me. I was pleased to see the accuracy of these great impressions.
